"We are stardust. We are golden.
And we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden."

-Woodstock by Joni Mitchell

The mind is key. What you think, you become.

Join the Ambassador

On your journey to well being.

As your envoy for healing, I draw upon my own experiences as a beacon for counseling.  My life has been a mosaic of questing through various educational milestones and experiential pursuits to better understand and clarify my role an agent of change.

Cultivating my own self-awareness has provided an insight and conviction, which I can utilize in the process of guiding clients towards their own true and divine self.

While no one can claim success in every counseling endeavor, but I am confident in my innate ability to convey the best of what I’ve learned to help you address the issues that have motivated you to seek counseling.

Global Experience yields local care

Attending to, and caring for, thousands of individuals and families has taken me all over the world, working with diverse cultural outlooks and economic realities.

The common thread I have found in the United States and abroad is the universal issue of human pain and sufferings intrinsic to all.

In counseling you will learn to overcome artificially imposed human boundaries that transcend issues of race, religion, gender, nationality, ethnicity, culture, and sexuality.

Sessions are highly interactive with me interjecting thoughts and observations, but when appropriate contemplative where feelings take center stage.

We will laugh and we will likely cry.

My intention is for you to leave counseling with a true sense of your own self-worth, an appreciation of your resilient spirit, and the tools and skills necessary to successfully traverse life’s inevitable ups and downs.
