My goal is to lessen your suffering and boost your self-reliance in order to restore a sense of wholeness and well-being.
There are many ways to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, as well as a number of other emotional maladies. In addition to discussion and reflection, from time to time we may employ guided imagery, meditation, or any number of other techniques to relieve stressors.
These tools will alleviate symptoms getting in the way of daily living, making it difficult to engage in the healing process. My methods are easy to learn and practice yourself!
